Xebediah

Xebediah is a halfling metal worker who specialises in fine work sold to discerning clients.
Xeb washed up on the beach to the north of Hamia ten years ago with no memory of how they got there. Once they had saved up enough money, Xeb opened Xebediah's Shiney Shoppe where they make and sell enchanting and enchanted items. Xeb does not remember how they gained the arcane ability to enchant items, or to do the fine metal working that they do.
Xebediah is a portly halfling who always wears a hot to hide their balding scalp.
