Umberlee
Umberlee (a.k.a. The Bitch Queen of the Sea)
Umberlee is an Arch-Fey demi-god and the daughter of Mercannan.
Her origin is described in The Birth of Umberlee.
She is famously irritable and changeable, her moods changing swiftly. It says she resides wherever Mercannan's blind eye is turned. She is sometimes given offerings for her favour, especially by pirates. Unexpected waves and squalls that appear from nowhere is said to be the work of Umberlee.
She is sometimes known to patronise desperate sailors in need - always to her own benefit.
She roams the seas seeking a way to meet her father, which she is cursed to avoid doing.
She is currently a patron of Gamble, and gave her name to Gamble's previous ship, The Umberlee's Howl

Whatever waters Mercannan's blind eye faces - she is particularly common is stagnant, polluted and fetid water.
