Ara

Ara is the world in which our adventures take place.   The world of Ara lies in peril. For aeons, Ara has existed in balance, between Light and Dark; between the Deities and between the Elements. This hard-won equilibrium was forged through the destruction of Chaos, the first Deity. Now, shadowy forces are working to usher in a new reign of Chaos, which will see the world unmade. These forces seek new power to ascend to the role, and perhaps new Avatar of Chaos in the world.   All that stands in the way is an ill-matched band of wanderers, manipulated together by the hands of Fate (and perhaps the machinations of Arawn, the Goddess of Balance). It is their task to seek the hidden points where the Elements hold sway in Ara and return them to the balance that has been torn asunder. Will they succeed?
