Ghost Storms

On the southern plains below,  [Atlantia Location] these eerie storms regularly pass through. They are not present in the physical sense but are phase-shifted and ethereal psychic storms. thunder, lightning, and winds are present but cause no physical damage.
They appear during full moons as the conjunction nears, they become more frequent, especially near battle sites where much death occurred. Those struck by this lightning or the concussive blasts often become unstuck in time an have to live through the nightmarish battles from someone else's perspective.
