This report was prepared by the census bureau, as well as getting information from the economics, labor and department of commerce.

Publication Status

It was recorded on a photonic crystal and placed in the Library on Hy-Altia Mother-Ship. Each of the Diaspora ships was given a copy of the crystal.

Historical Details

History

Many of the worlds they did find were already settled by other sentient species. So they switched gears and decided to purchase land on many worlds through a large company. This company mined the planets for resources, build and sold technology to the planets that they worked on, and created a dependency on them from the population.

Many times they used this to actually take over the government which allowed them to do whatever they wished. Oftentimes they even took over a planet and enslaved the population by force. Now that they are so spread out the overcrowding has been eased, but they still send out whoever they can to keep it down.
