Named the Balefire Venture Heroes of the Realm and granted them the manor they currently live in. A human man. He was good friends with the late Sindri IV of Rrinnoroth. A friendly man, but a complacent king. Noa is more concerned with his public projects than what is going around him. Noa has allowed his noble vassals to do as they like for much of his rule, upsetting many of the common folk as they feel he allows the noble class to abuse them without consequence. He seeks peace and good relations with the other nations of Vestri and, while he does worry about the state of his realm, above all securing written alliances has been at the top of his to-do list. He has a complicated view of magic and strives to balance Argonian tradition with the changing times. Noa was the one to reinstate the title of Archmage to give the members of the magical community a voice in court, even if the position has no real power. Noa has a strong grasp of politics but a tenuous grasp on social interactions.
