Brixor the Flame of Many Lies convinces the Brass Dragonborn of Suncall Dunes that he is a minor God of Conversation, an aspect of Vox. This allows him to lead a three-week festival of debauchery; one so grand that it is remembered every year on Talkday, much to the chargrin of the local Clerics.
