Under the orders of Sangroke Bliss and K'Niff, Welnor the Wise, a High Elven scientist overthrows the Elemental Plane of Earth using Ring of Elemental Command: Earth. When The Great Horde of Sangroke Bliss falls, their grip on the plane loosens, and Welnor is sealed in statis by K'Niff.
