The Shieldmind

The Shieldmind, also known as the Third Thread, is a Thread of The House of Sinew. The Shieldmind leads the House’s defensive efforts, protecting their sanctuaries, allies, and Apa Axas from Far Realm Incursion. The Bastion of Thought, maintained by the Shieldmind, is a network of fortified outposts designed to monitor and repel planar threats.
The Shieldmind coordinates closely with The Mindblade (Second Thread) for joint defense efforts and with The Voidseeker (Seventh Thread) for intelligence on potential threats.

Responsibilities

The Shieldmind has several vital responsibilities within the House, including:

• Overseeing the defense of House territory and artifacts.
• Managing defensive wards and psionic barriers.
• Maintaining a rapid-response force for dealing with incursions.
