Rimeborn

Rimeborn is a large city found within The Gryme Myre of Kthombru. It is notably cold for its area, a frigid barrier that many believe is of a magical origin. It is one of the few settlements to accept Drow and Half-Drow, due to a shaky truce made between the two communities.
