Moroqua
Moroqua is a large city within Loach Grove in Kthombru. It is mostly populated by High Elves, and is the Elven cultural centre of Kthombru. It is also famous for its large population of Half-High-Elves.
The populace of Moroqua is fiercely protective of their Elven culture, with many of the older Elves believing the local Kthombruan Humans are moments away from destroying the town. While many of the youth, and the Half-High-Elves, disregard this as common xenophobia, there is a growing contingent of young High Elves who wish to forcibly eject the non-Elven inhabitants of the town, and seal themselves away, similar to the town of Dystum in The Great Wastes of Regigalis.
