Io Serin

Io Serin is a large Wood Elven city within Loach Grove in Kthombru. It is the largest commune of Wood Elves outside of Regigalis.
The city underwent a renaissance when Retha Nual, a Regigalian Human invoked The Vida Quda and expanded the city, fostering a deep trust between the Wood Elves and Regigalian Humans.
