Kael Tricktail
Kael Tricktail was a Copper Dragonborn School of Illusion Wizard. Kael Tricktail was a native of The City of Spires, and was a rogue illusionist who impersonated Tratch for an entire month before being caught, then talked his way out of punishment by convincing the jury they were all characters in a play.
While impersonating Tratch, Kael would wear a scouter of Gnome design. While he would state that it replaced his lost eye, it was in fact useless.
