Horron
Horron is one of the twin towns of Sinner's Wastes of Kthombru. It was famous for its stonemasonry before Sinwa was destroyed. It is most famous for being the hometown of The Children of Tief and Morgthos, Breaker of Chains, figures who were instrumental in the creation of Tieflings. To this day, Horron is one of the few mainstream cities that will tolerate the presence of Tieflings.
