Galgadarg

Galgadarg is an underground Mountain Dwarven city, found in Cleffen. It is a glittering fortress-city carved into the heart of a colossal stalactite hanging over an abyssal Underdark chasm, and is famous for its Mithril. Their obsession with the abyss and willingness to delve into forbidden knowledge alarms the other cities of Cleffen, who see them as reckless and potentially compromised. Galgadarg, in turn, views the others as short-sighted and afraid of progress.

Demographics

Galgadarg Dwarves are both warriors and scholars, using mithril for lightweight armor and magical implements. They value knowledge and endurance, often sending explorers into the abyss to map its dangers and uncover lost secrets. Their society is meritocratic, with positions of power earned through deeds and discoveries.
