Selwyn, or The Rafts, is a village found in the Rakrinek region of Cleffen. It is home to a tribe of Lizardfolk who create floating homes to survive in the waterlogged environment.
Demographics
The Lizardfolk of Selwyn have developed floating homes and structures that rise and fall with the seasonal waters. Their rafts and barges are intricately carved and serve as both homes and mobile defenses. They are skilled swimmers and boat-builders, and their leaders are known as “Waterbinders,” who oversee the village’s harmonious relationship with the tides. During floods, their village transforms into a bustling floating city, attracting other tribes for trade.
