Mesonchote
Mesonchote is a Syreni Hamiltoni that contracted the Blackness and was exiled to Blacksite ⧣2369. There in the caves, he quickly started to organize the sick, tried to build more of an infrastructure and became a sort of leader.
He believes that even though they are are sick and doomed to die soon, they still have a purpose. After finding The Mysticete Harp and a document written by Chacbic, the creator, himself. Mesonchote uses this to create a religion based around finding a way to use the harp and take revenge against the City of Aogua with it, especially the Cephalopod Aristocracy which has failed both Chacbic and Mesonchote.
But first, they need to test it and regain control over Blacksite ⧣2369.

He actually didn't get exiled to the blacksite but went there voluntarily, fully cogniscent of the fact that he was going to get infected and die in the caves. But that couldn't stop him on his search for the Harp which will be his tool to take revenge on the Cephalopod Aristocracy which has shamed and ostracized him for his sexuality and his spirituality.
