National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo, or just NaNo for short) is a fun, seat-of-your-pants approach to creative writing.

NaNoWriMo is an event which challenges you, and authors, and well, everyone; to write a 50,000 word Novel in the month of November. "50,000!?" I hear you scream, and yes, 50,000.

It is a grand challenge which occurs every year during the month of November. However, there are events before this 'grand finale' which should help you prepare!

Starting from September 13^th, 'NaNo Prep' begins, where each week we're given tasks to help us get ready. Check the NaNo Prep section for information or visit the NaNo Prep Website.
