The Conroy family is one of the seven houses of power. The Conroy family runs the city of Seagate. Seagate is a large port city where most of the city is centered around seafaring jobs. Seagate is also the only city where prostitution is allowed. The Conroy family run the naval academy which is located in Seagate. Seagate is also the main port for the Parvis Navy.

The head of house Conroy rules Seagate and the surrounding territories. While the title of High Admiral is often held by the head of house Conroy, the titles aren't necessarily tied to each other. The head of house Conroy is usually chosen for their mastery of the sea, prowess in battle, and head for strategy.

Conroys tend to be cocky, often falling into the swashbuckler stereotypes.

House Conroy makes most of it's non-tax revenue from their fleet of fishing ships providing food for much of Seagate and Azurena
