(a.k.a. The Voice)

The Lady Whose Voice Shakes the Earth, or just the Voice to many, is the patron of the Court of the Roaring Waters. Many consider her to be the true ruler of the Court, as all of the ocean is her domain, but the Voice has left much of the Court's ruling to the Bubble Queens in power over the years. Only in times of violence against the water has their eponymous voice shaken the land and taken hold of the Roaring Waters' political system. Regardless, the Voice is one of the greatest feared members of the pantheon known as the Wanderers, her particularly active nature inspiring both fear and adoration in mer- and terrafaery alike.
