Celestial Age

The Celestial Age is one of the five periods of history defined in human scholastic tradition, such as that of The Esteemed University for the Pursuit of Multidisciplinary Knowledge, Scholarly Excellence, and Advanced Intellectual Endeavors in Cliffgarden. The Celestial Age is defined as the time between the rise of the Axani Dominion and the cataclysmic Godslaughter, which is considered to occupy the years from 773 BG to 1 BG.

Events

A number of events mark the Celestial Age. Some are included below.

• Establishment of the Axani Dominion
• Melanos the Black Leads Host to Alharion
• Deicide
• Burning of Fístaldëmen
• Godslaughter

In addition, the Foundation Age was also when the Axani Dominion ruled almost all of Osthas, humans first migrated to Alharion and Oranil in large numbers, the dryads and the witches were driven to extinction, the Jotunn spread across all of Ganar, the hobgoblin began to displace the trolls, and the gods achieved the heights of their powers while monster activity was severely limited, and the centaurs were subjugated by humans. The period was filled with peace, but also stagnation.
