Origin

Aspira's Hope was created by Aspira, an elite adventurer who went into The Veiled Expanse and, through unknown means, created Aelora The Celestial Dream's birthplace.

General information

Population and goverment

Aspira's hope is a town that possesses half of the population of Elysium's Embrace, roughly containing 2500 inhabitants. It is nominally ruled by Aelora The Celestial Dream, though in reality a council of elders combined with the 10 priests and 3 clerics that are always stationed there takes care of most of the day ot day interactions, though of course their deity is free to ask questions, come with suggestions or even make demands at any time, though the kind child-deity tends to be more concerned with listening to the people's problems, healing the sick and giving out nice dreams, as well as helping people and answering prayers across her dominion.

These are the rules spesific to Aspira's Hope, which are only enforced within Aspira's Hope, not in the surrounding lands of Elysium's Embrace. These are the laws upheld by Aspira's Protectors on top of Elysium's laws.

Law of Non-Criticism

It is illegal to openly criticize or speak ill of Aelora within the town's boundaries.

Law of Guardian Protection

It is the duty of every resident to protect and defend Aelora from external threats or harm, ensuring her safety and well-being.

Law of Innocence

Embrace and safeguard the innocence of Aelora, preserving her youthful nature and shielding her from negative influences.

No Physical Contact

Initiating touch with Aelora, even in a non-threatening manner, is strictly prohibited.

Restricted Access to Aelora's Residence

Aelora's living quarters within The Dreamer's Abode are off limits, and the abode itself is only accessible at certain times of the week, month and day as is determined by Aelora's Guardians.

No Disruptive Noise

Excessive noise is prohibited in Aelora's presence.

Mandatory Compliments

It is required by law to offer compliments or words of encouragement to Aelora when addressing her.

No Exploting Aelora's kindness

It is forbidden to attempt to exploit Aelora's kindness and obliviousness fr personal gain.

Dreamers' Abode Respect

The Dreamers' Abode is a place of tranquility and divine communication. Visitors must observe silence and show utmost respect for the dreamers' sacred visions.

Elysium's laws

The Sanctity of Innocence

It is forbidden to engage in any activity that could corrupt or harm Aelora's pure spirit. Actions deemed disrespectful or impure in her presence are strictly prohibited.

Protection of Aelora

Any attempts to harm, endanger, or disturb Aelora in any form are met with severe consequences. The safety and well-being of The Celestial Dream is paramount.

All inhabitants of Elysium's Embrace is expected to show reverance to Aelora, her teachings and her clergy.

Law of Harmony

Strive for harmony and unity among all members of the community, fostering a peaceful coexistence and cooperation.

Law of Compassion

Show compassion and kindness towards others, embracing empathy and understanding as guiding principles.

Law of Light

Embrace the symbolism of light, both in physical and metaphorical sense, as a representation of Aelora's presence and divinity.

Law of Dreams

Acknowledge and honor the significance of dreams, recognizing them as conduits of Aelora's influence and inspiration.

Law Enforcement

It is Aspira's Protectors who enforce the laws within Aspira's Hope, while it is the Wardens of Elysium who upholds the law in the rest of Elysium's Embrace.   In addition to these two organizations, the organization of Aelora's Guardians are also located here, though they are more concerned about protecting Aelora from harm, and to a lesser extent, to ensure the safety and continued well-being of the clergy of Aelorism.

General Requirements

Law enforcer are required to partake in regular religious activities such as listening to priests preaching on a weekly basis. They are also required to be checked by a priest on a monthly basis, as only those dedicated to Aelora are permitted to uphold her rule.   They must also have undergone the required training for their organization, be it for Aspira's Protectors or Wardens of Elysium, and they must have a minimum combat potential of a combatant.

Requirements of Aelora's Guardians

Aelora's Guardians are required to be devoted worshippers of Aelora and to be at least considered a veteran in combat utility and to have gone through the prerequisite training of their organization.
