History

They met on Havarl in the middle of a rescue mission... rescuing Torvar from a Remnant (Drokaalen) stasis field. Torvar was fascinated to meet one of the new people who is actually friendly, and Vakara is desperately trying to make friends among the angara. This and Jaal's eventual trust of Vakara overcame many of the worries that might have held Tovar back and they correspond quite regularly.
