The Tevinter are those born in the center of the Tevinter Imperium. They pride themselves with their magical prowess, superior architecture, and could definitely be considered elitist - but they can defintiely also call some of the brightest, most ambitious and creative minds of the continent, potentially the whole world their own.
The Tevinter's history is as bloody as of the Imperium as such, but they value knowledge more than anything - because in the end knowledge means power.
