Avila Rosemond

Avila Rosemond is the half-elf in charge of Brancheley Stronghold. She is both commander of the Avalyran forces stationed there, and the mayor of the city. Having served in the military for decades, she comes across as cold and callous, ruling her city with an iron fist. She acts as judge in many of the more serious crimes, and takes on the role of executioner when required.
