Aniya Tocuria
After her parents' death in 770, the young Aniya Tocuria took the throne. For several years, the Dynasty was ruled mainly by her advisors as she learnt to rule and grew. Even as a young girl, Aniya was driven, wanting to rule the country and bring it glory. She trained to fight from a young age at her father's behest, and took to it well. By the time of her first major battle in 781, the young queen was a mighty force on the battlefield. However, the orcs ambushed her forces in The Ironwood, causing severe casualties. If not for the timely intervention of a group from the Temple of the Fury, Aniya's rule may have been cut short. Instead, they drove off the invading orcs and saved Heartsport.
Among that group was Merene Tocuria, then Merene Zarran. Mere weeks later, after Aniya had returned to Wuulstead, the tiefling appeared at her palace, professing her love for the queen. Less than 2 years later, in 783, the two were married.
