2022-10-05 - Sweet Child of Mine Report - Session 26

General Summary

• Battled with Baron Lightfoot - who was actually Sephek Kaltro
• Coolio killed one of the Mortakals
• Snuck up to where Qamar allegedly was and were attacked by two white dragons - they were victorious
• Found a prisoner who told them that they needed to get the fuck out of there!

When last we saw the Soup-er Heroes they were making their way across the tundra towards Qamar Grasstrail and his hideout in the caves. During a long rest prior to assaulting his location a stranger wondered into camp. The party questioned and prodded Baron Lightfoot not letting their guards down and he revealed himself to be Sephek Kaltro. He called two creatures known as mortakal to him and the party fought and defeated him - with Jarkax and his weapon dealing the final killing blow. Seemingly for good. Coolio also got in a good hit, finishing off a mortakal. The bodies were burned and rest was completed.
The party then crossed the frozen river and found their way up to the entrance of the Cave of Berzerkers where once inside the party found themselves surrounded by white dragons. They were victorious, seemingly killing the final dragon as it flew away.
In a cage a heavyset humanoid was huddled and he gave out a warning - even with the dragons clearly defeated - We have to get the fuck out of here.
