Cloudsoil Elves

Cloudsoil Elves is an ellondothan circle of high elves living on the cloudsoil islands that float above Ellondoth. The circle's politics are highly controversial for being based on the geographic location of its members.
Cloudsoil Elves is the only circle in Ellondoth that rejects the civic principle of distributed sovereignty, allowing only high elves that live on the cloudsoil islands to join as members. Their politics focus on improving the lives of its members at the expense of others with little regard for morality, fairness, and equality.
Moreover, Cloudsoil Elves are proponents of the arguably archaic forms of democracy that are prevalent in other civilizations of Amanor. They believe that a society should not be governed by communal decision making in which every citizen participates but rather by an elected parliamentary system.
Other circles view the Cloudsoil Elves as troublemakers, calling their politics antithetical to the Ellondothan way of life.
