Carian Payne

Ser Carian Payne is an old and venerated cleric of Oberon and the current High Chaplain of the Council of the Round Table. He has a reputation of piety and wisdom, and he has devoted his entire life to his work as a priest. He turned down his inheritance of the arldom of Quair Firth after the death of his older brother Arl Corwin Payne, and the title of arlessa was given to his younger sister Marget. The High Chaplain remains unmarried at 60 years of age.
