Addereggs are powerful magical explosives, resembling a giant snake egg. When it is activated, it will erupt into the sky and detonate, raining down incendiary debris in a seven mile radius.

Manufacturing process

Three Amphitere are placed within the silver casket, raised on the blood and flesh of an innocent. Typically, this criteria is met with the murder or exhumation of a child, whose corpse is then slowly fed to the corrupted creatures within. Each life extend the diameter of the blast, to a maximum of seven.

Significance

The Adderegg is a rare explosive weapon created with potent forbidden magic and capable of unleashing destruction across a widespread region. Considered an unforgivable weapon, it is banned by the Church, as well as most Sovereignties, due to its indiscriminate devastation and the reprehensible cost of creation.
