The Lost Style of Ziel

A lost specialization of Ziel that is believed to have existed in the Chaos Age

The legend tells of a lost style of Ziel that eventually disappeared as it became more and more rare. There is a myth that there was an additional style that a persons Ziel could specialize in, this lost sale is believed to have been complete control over Ziel. This complete control didn't just apply to the users Ziel but anyones natural Ziel or Ziel that appeared naturally around Altheria.

Summary

The myth tells that back in the Chaos Age of Altheria people had Ziel that was capable of controlling every manner of Ziel. They could alter and move the Ziel that existed in other peoples bodies with perfect precision. This essentially gave magic users the ability to prevent other magic users from casting their desired spells by altering their Ziel.   As time passed this ability slowly became more and more rare, no one is sure of the reason this style slowly stopped appearing in people. Some theorized that is is just an extremely recessive trait, others think that it was just a mutation to begin with. No matter what people believe in though, there has been no documented evidence of this specialization of Ziel in the Founding Age in Altheria.

Historical Basis

The most historical evidence that is supported by this myth exists in the Museum of Archaic Ziel located in Melthorne which is the capitol city of Novius. The evidence shows that during the Chaos Age in Altheria, there existed a multitude of spells that would only have been able to be casted with complete control over Ziel, a feat that no magic user in the Founding Age has ever come close to. The existence of these spells has confused historians and magic experts for decades.

Spread

While the myth isn't the most common one, it is quite wide spread. It can be heard in all regions of Altheria but many younger people dismiss the myth. They simply don't believe that complete control of ones own Ziel and someone else's.

Cultural Reception

The older culture of Altheria are the strongest believers in the myth. The older culture of Altheria are strong believers in the words of the past, with some of the oldest living Elves even claiming that they knew someone who had the specialization.   The younger culture believes it is a hoax. The idea of a person having complete control over Ziel a substance so powerful and prominent in Altheria is absurd. A person who could perfectly control Ziel would be incredibly powerful.

In Literature

The myth has taken form in many children books, talking about brave heroes who slew Dragons and Demons. Or following a chosen one who grew up and defeated the evil king. This is thought to be the main reason the younger culture doesn't believe in the myth. It was the focus of many children stories so it just seems fake.
