Matron Llotharra Hlasekrae (a.k.a. Webspinner)

Previous matron of House Hlasekrae. She died when the Illithids attacked the city, but was revered due to the fact that she fought on the side of the Blessed Spider Mother, Haless Noquett. Her sudden passing but great strain on her two surviving daughters, who were still quite young and one of them had to step forward to claim the throne of the matron.
