House Teken'val

House Teken'val is the 5th house of Pellan'uque Quellarin. The leader of the house is Sbatrae Teken'val.
House Teken'val has always been a clerical family, but also had few very influential assassins in the past. They are the leading clerical family of Pellan'uque Quellarin and Sbatrae Teken'val is the current High Priestess of the city. They used to be much bigger, until a distant branch broke off and formed a new clerical family, House Hla'ana'afin. More recently another vassal family, House Noquett, broke off and matron Haless Noquett formed their own clerical family, famously achieving the name of Blessed Spider Mother. Despite the divides, these houses work together frequently, but the matrons sometimes get into (mostly) verbal fights over trivial things.
