Grilgrim Hoppenscotch is the owner ofMiner's Delight Inn.  
In-Game, Ellarae and her group found their way in to the Village of Amethyst Grove. They made their way into the inn and met the owner, who was a happy little gnome man, acting very enthusiastic, even if he was midlly flabbergasted to get customers he had never seen before. Ellarae was able to win over the cheery (and perhaps a little bit lonely) innkeeper by agreeing to taste a banana soufflé he had made. After stuffing themselves full of several delicious soufflés, Grilgrim rewarded the group for a free night's stay and seems to have become the group's number one fan.

Judging by his enthusiasm to offer the new customers homemade banana soufflé, he seems to be an aspiring chef. And quite a good one, because the soufflé turned out to be absolutely delicious.

Mr Hoppenscotch seems to know everyone in the village and everyone knows him. There isn't much to know in a small village like The Amethyst Grove, but you can be sure he knows it all, as only proper innkeeper would.
