The battle plan meeting against Lord Hammond was the first time they had met. General Movelened brought these two together. Movelened wanted them to form a plan of attack against Lord Hammond. Othoken has direct knowledge and practices with arcane arts and the use of it in warfare. He made sure that Zynn knew ways of avoiding mass casualties against wizards. Othoken gained respect for Zynn after executing the plan and how they suffered minimal losses against Lord Hammond’s mages.

Othoken and Sano are friendly towards each other. They have had their backs during the many skirmishes. Sano believes that he should have been the Meister of Defense, but he respected Zynn's choice. If it weren’t for him, then Othoken would have been the next best choice. The war mage was brilliant during their time on the battlefields.

The only thing lower than a kobold is lizardfolk. In Helmingurdrekar culture, lizardfolk are considered lower class. Kobolds have a higher station than lizardfolk. You can at least trace the kobold line back to dragonkind. Othoken has mild respect for Hogbee battle prowess, but that is it. These two are like oil and water. There is hate between the dragonborn and lizardfolk is real. They both despise one another.

They relatively don't know much about each other, but Oskar has found him to be an excellent source of information. Othoken helped establish some trade relations with the mighty Den Blasahajarta of Helmingurdrekar.

They have a simple working relationship. Othoken doesn't trust Keylee. Keylee finds him to be sneaky and untrustworthy.

Othoken dislikes the kobold treasurer. In Helmingurdrekar culture, kobolds are near the lowest of the lows. He hates working with a kobold that thinks he is on even footing with himself. Othoken will use Keylee Haggler as an emissary for any interactions he can avoid. Knockloc does not like Othoken.

Madeline works directly under Othoken. She is good at following orders and does her job with deadly precision. There isn’t much more he could ask of her.
