Divine Domains
The Raven Queen is a lesser deity who holds the domains of Death, Winter, Fate, and Ravens. Her domain is not the act of killing, but rather the transition from living to dead. It is said that all who die must walk her plane before finding judgement in the Fuge Plane.
Divine Symbols & Sigils
The Raven Queen's most well-known symbol is the white raven head of winter. Other symbols also used in her worship include a black cloak with a feathered cowl and a raven head on the back, a white faceless mask made from cold silver, and her favored weapon, the scythe of death, formed as a raven beak.
Tenets of Faith
Annihilate the Unholy. The undead and those who foster them are unholy and wicked. Destroy them before they defile more than they have already.
Preserve the Righteous. Death should not come early to those who have led a blessed life . Preserve the righteous, so they may live on without fear, and one day die in peace.
Let Souls Pass On. Every soul deserves its place in the afterlife. When you see a creature forced into undeath, let its soul go free.
Accept Death. Death comes to all eventually, do not fear it. Accept it, and you will find a place in the afterlife.
Holidays
Even though not a holiday directed at her, the day of the dead which is celebrated on the 5th of Al'Akhar is one of the most precious days of the year. Her followers pray to the dead and those they knew who has passed on.

Personal history
The Raven Queen's origin is mostly unknown, but it is highly theorized among scholars, arcanists, and parts of her clergy. So far there has not been any theory that has been proved, but some hold more credibility than others. The Raven Queen is believed to have been a powerful sorceress or even a sorceress-queen. She is said to have wielded powerful ice magic and held much influence in life. After her death is it believed that she was taken to the fortress of memories in the plane of shadow ruled by the god of death Nekrull. He took her as his queen but kept her under control and his influence. It is not known how, but eventually, The Raven Queen broke free from his influence and killed him. Upon his death, The Raven Queen absorbed his powers and overtook control of his part of the plane. Her followers in life would become her first priests and with her power growing her domain would grow and eventually she made the demiplane Laverain in the Shadowfell.
