Atariom is a tall and slim creatures who is nothing more than a skeleton with a tight and rotting flesh-suit.

Atariom's face is seemingly stuck in a perverse and evil grin.

Atariom's hands are nothing more than clawed skeletal hands, he has large red opalescent wings and he has two small downward pointing horns.

Personal history

Little if nothing is known about Atariom's life before he became a lichfiend. He was born in Carceri as a half-demodand and half mortal. Who his parents were is unknown, but his mortality was certainly a driving point for his life as he became a powerful necromancer through unknown means and teachings. His skill was so unchallenged in Carceri that he was noticed by the demon prince Graz'zt as his demons had reported his achievements to him after having used Carceri to get to the Nine Hells. This interest made Graz'zt personally appear to him and promise him a great reward if he would submit to him and create a facility strong enough to keep a demon prince imprisoned. The gift he offered Atariom was lichdom through him as a lichfiend. Atariom accepted the bargain with Graz'zt and would spend centuries creating Fort Blight. This prison had multiple floors for storing all types of creatures, but his grand design was the cage of Chek’vez’thur. During his scavenges in Carceri he had discovered parts of the remains of the obyrith known as Chek’vez’thur. He had made a cage from it, a cage which, much like the obyrith was completely immune to most forms of magic, even that of artifacts, the only cost was that a person had to willingly give themself to the cage for it to imprison them, without deception and with selfless and loving reasons. Graz'zt doubted both the method of imprisonment and its durability, but Graz'zt came up with a scheme to test it and fulfill one of his greatest desires. Graz'zt through Verin's deception had put Adimarchus the demon prince of Madness on the path of redemption through a scheme, which ended with Adimarchus willingly trading places with a disguised Verin who had trapped himself in the cage. Once Adimarchus had been imprisoned, he was stuck, nothing the demon prince could do would free him, the only exception would be a willing sacrifice from another being. Atariom's achievement would be rewarded with his lichdom and the trust of Graz'zt. He would be an important ally to the demon prince for centuries to come.
