Their agenda is the protection and governance of Arcania and its residents.
Assets
The Concilium control the Arcania Justiciar. They also tax all businesses inside Arcania
History
The Prime Concilium formed after the three founders disappeared on a mission and were never seen again. The original Concilium were the 13 disciples of the founders, Alros Rixian, Dorvull Creldac, and Sylyra Fayne, who took up the mantle of leadership in their absence.
