Thallan Erralei III

The Third iteration of Thallan Erralei. Female Winged Elf. Her birth name was Zariah Mainoren. She took up the mantle of Arbiter in the year 4113, and aided the city of Solspyd during The Burning Siege of Verdilos. She has a large statue in her honour adorning the top of Solspyd's Citadel.
