Isles of Ation

• Off the coast of Vesture, Ation is made up of small, cold isles of mountainous terrain with forests.
• While not directly part of Alluria, the Isles used to be under Vesturain rule.
• Their voice is small but they still participate in Allurian politics and leader meetings.
• Made up of nine major isles and many more minor ones
• Dominated by humans and halflings over elves, as well as large numbers of aquatic elves and Undine.
• Led by High Queen Viranda Alsuras II and her Prime Lord Miguel Harrt.
• Boasts a formidable Naval fleet, especially considering their numbers.

Structure

(Monarchy - Oligarchy) The positions of power are ranked as following:

1. High King and Queen
2. Prime Lord/Lady
3. Council of Lords and Ladies

The Council is led by the Prime Lord/Lady, and while the monarchs are able to overrule them, for the most part they stay out of the main affairs, working more on the diplomatic side of events.
