Red Goddess of the skies, Halikai is the sister of Abbar and is more active in the pursue of freedom over her stubborn sibling. She cares not for laws if they oppress or demand subservance and feels people should follow others because they want to instead of being forced to. Her followers are the most active within Terrus for fighting against Verillix, trying to break down the laws that oppose them. Edicts: Tear down systems of oppression, fight for freedom of all.
