Gods of Alluria

The most commonly worshiped deities in mainland Alluria are those who survived the Night of Heaven's Fall; Aibeleasiri, Azarael, Gerumani, Verana, and The Red Sister. Twilt is popular amongst humans and in larger cities. The worship of the old Qalbeazim pantheon is slowly growing, more prominent in the southern nations and much less the further north.   Abeliasiri is the primary god worshipped in Vesture, much as Gerumani is in Seffon and Azarael is in Farrin; all three enjoy large worship in Kingswood and Benabry.   In Qalbeazim Evshalam finds the most praise, seconded by Amvara and then Abbar, with most of the others finding equal worship. Abbar is especially present in Terrus as is Halikai, fighting against Verrillix's Tyranny. The Red Sister has found a comfortable home in Qalbeazim too, on both sides of the battle lines.   The Saiko Empire finds its worship split between Nekrosei and Verana, the sole survivor of the Saikon Pantheon and the New God of Saikonese heritage respectively. The two were at war during the early years until the gods of the other lands intervened, considered to be the starting point of the Pantheon. Others deities are worshiped but almost treated as lesser gods in comparison.   Many dwarves and gnomes give praise to Abbar and Barrala, gnomes also praising Halikai and Gerumani. Elven worship is dependent on area, many preferring the Wakan as their spiritual guides, but faithful often serve Aibeliasiri, Abbar, and Halikai. Halflings normally follow Merrish or Makahilu as do many humans, with many more humans following Twilt. Azarael is followed by halfbreeds, outcasts, orphans and bastards; there's a shrine in almost every orphanage to him. Despite her nature, The Red Sister can be found as primary or sole worship in a small number of villages and hamlets.   Goblins, Orcs, and similar races are more likely to worship Wakan over gods, but those who do follow the gods tend towards Lukihra or Halikai, leaning more to those nature-based or focused on personal gain.
