The Crowns are a circle of 11 People that control and govern the different countries of the Celtacean Empire. They are held in high esteem as they are the second most important persons next to the Emperor himself which they report to. Their main task is to manage the Kings and Queens in their controlled county, which own the different towns inside the territory.
