Vaina's Illithid
Vaina's Illithid is a sprawling, single-story plaster building with a weathered exterior, once a barrack now transformed into a bustling alchemist shop. A small fenced yard, lined with dead hedges, surrounds the shop, while remnants of its military past—arms and armor—hang on the walls inside. The interior is a chaotic blend of a well-stocked workshop and shelves overflowing with disorganized books. Potions bubble on the counters, and strange ingredients line the shelves, creating an atmosphere thick with mystery. The name "Illithid" hints at a deeper connection to the mind-flayers, adding an eerie, arcane air to the shop, where the past and present intertwine in a maze of alchemical wonder.
