The one where they meet their new party members.

Not wanting to risk burying their comrades outside the Spire, and unsure what to do about Christie's disappearnce, Hans and Mongoose took their wagon north to the Ironspine village. They spoke with the leader there, Divram, and he expressed his condolences for their loss, and allowed them to be buried next to the Ironspine headstones, which seemed as good a place to start a graveyard as any. He agreed to have his men bury the pair in the morning. Unfortunately, he had not seen any sign of Christie either. Hans and Mongoose elected to rest in the village until morning.   That same night, as the party fought and died against the serpentfolk, in a tavern somewhere, a man named Roran, a sorcerer with an affinity for the element of air, spent the night drinking with Saint Kristoff, and in his drunken state, agreed to deliver two packages. The man kept going on about wanting to make a difference and fighting the good fight, and Saint Kristoff assured him that if he were to join with those two, he would have all the good fighting he could ever want. Eventually Roran was thrown out of the tavern and into a portal, and ended up in the Ironspine village, passing out in an alley.   In the city of New Jannat, a man named Mythos, brother of Guiliman, had been having recurring nightmares about his brother's death for two weeks.  His family arranged to have his brother located via magical means, and he was teleported to his location.   The twenty fifth day of Old Autumn in 1291 AYD (25.12.1291)   Roran woke up, hung over and barely remembering the events of the previous night.  The man named Mythos, who appeared to be a paladin, appeared in the center of the Ironspine village, but it was so early that no one paid him any mind.  He spotted Roran and they spoke, and realizing they were both looking for people, they set off together, traveling to the one building in town sized for both halflings and men, The Green Pixie.  In the tavern, they spoke to the barkeep, who informed them that he though this Guiliman might be dead, as there were two humans who were awaiting burial and one of them was large, even by human standards.  Roran asked him about Mongoose and Hans, and the barkeep produced one of Mongoose's pamphlets to Zoleah.  When Roran questioned the barkeep further on any cult activity in the region, the barkeep denied it, but wrote on the pamphlet "They might be watching".     The pair then left, heading toward the graveyard, which involved them passing by Hans and Mongoose's camping sight.  Mongoose attempted to flag down Roran for a cup of coffee, and a brief arguement ensued, but eventually everyone figured out who everyone else were, and Roran did agree to light a fire.  He delivered the packages to them both, which turned out to be Kristmas gifts from Saint Kristoff, a magical set of glasses and a gun for Hans and a magical ankus for Mongoose.  The group elected to stick together after that and they went to see the burial of their two fallen comrades.   When they arrived there, they saw that only one of the holes was dug, the halfings complained that they normally didn't dig holes this big or deep, but Divram had insisted upon it.  Roran told the halflings that they would dig the other hole, and gave them all gold to get wasted at the tavern, which they happily accepted.  The group dug the second hole and buried both of their dead, and Mongoose built a shrine to Zoleah to watch over them and consecrated the area.     With that out of the way, they debated their next move, and elected to head into Thistlefort to procure better equipment and see if they could find Christie.  They also discussed keeping an eye out for rumors or other trouble they could get into to give themselves a confidence boost before going back into the tower.     Once they arrived, Hans traveled to the wizard's guild and purchcased a number of magical items.  Mongoose traveled to the Shrine of Battle, where she purchased a wand of healing and regailed the battlemaster there with tales of her recent battles while drinking coffee.  Mythos and Roran traveled to the local temple to The Baron, Mythos not knowing who the Baron was.  They found the temple heavily damaged from fire, the pews and windows broken, and graffti on the walls insulting "The Baron".  Mythos began to clean it up, but was interupted by a paladin of The White Lady named Ashlyn, who explained to him who "The Baron" was, and that she was trying to fix the temple up to be a proper temple to her deity, and encourged him to come back if he needed anything.   They all met back up at The Green Dragon inn, where they checked their suite, but the room was unoccupied, no sign of Christie there.  The bartender also had no knowledge of such, but wished them well and served them a meal of blackened rabbit, which was the house speciality.
