The Nimble Traveler Society
The Nimble Traveler Society is a Thieves' Guild that operates in the City of Thalmor, along the Sinking Wharfs. Their former goal was simply to amass gold through brokering deals with poor shopkeepers, but their new goals have aimed towards two objectives:
1, to collect as many magical items illicitly as possible to resell in the black market
2, to smuggle any magical beasts they can into the world in the black market. They have loose connections with a successful Thieves' Guild in Dianmallo that they work with to send goods out their way via ships at the wharf.
These guys are the typical sources for bandits that are organized loosely. The bandits know to bring their spoils here for legitimate payout.
Also, there are spies within the Orthomancers and the Scavengers that this organization uses to heist magical items from time to time.
Structure
Loosely organized; bandits come to them to fence their stolen goods.
