Kingdom of Kathaar
Having gone through several iterations over the past 3 ages, the Kingdom of Kathaar was established sometime around 340 4th Age (about 64 years old at this point). Kathaar is a strange place, full of corruption and vile characters of ill repute. Thalmor is not much better, save only that the city is known for its famous "Thalmor Bridge", which bridges the Smitten Chasm, a 30 mile wide fast flowing river that connects Qualia to the Southern Continent of Glorivain.

The Metes
The Metes are a hill range that separates the village of Shackle and Meadowwaters. An extremely lawful colony of Dwarves live there. Their sense of justice is rigid and unchanging.
