Kingdom of Kathaar

Having gone through several iterations over the past 3 ages, the Kingdom of Kathaar was established sometime around 340 4th Age (about 64 years old at this point). Kathaar is a strange place, full of corruption and vile characters of ill repute. Thalmor is not much better, save only that the city is known for its famous "Thalmor Bridge", which bridges the Smitten Chasm, a 30 mile wide fast flowing river that connects Qualia to the Southern Continent of Glorivain.

Composition

The Kingdom of Kathaar is composed of 2 cities, 2 towns, and 3 villages

Cities

  • Kathaar (Capital)
  • City of Thalmor

  • Bladescale (Dwarven)
  • Clearbend

  • Notable Points of Interest

    The Thalmoris Gap

Most renowned for its central role in the Age of Dichotomy and the Age of Mysterium, the Gap of Thalmoris an ancient battleground with several wonders that have been lost to time.   Points of Interest within the Gap:
    • Bastion - The Bastion is the main “civilized” area in the Gap. It is a primary hub for adventurer’s to find safe haven as they explore the Gap further, as it is protected by military presence.
    • The Scavenger and Orthomancer Settlements - These are spread out. They generally welcome all adventurers, but they are not cheap whatsoever.

    The Metes

The Metes are a hill range that separates the village of Shackle and Meadowwaters. An extremely lawful colony of Dwarves live there. Their sense of justice is rigid and unchanging. The hill range itself is dangerous with denizens of all types, and it becomes a cacophonous battleground between order and chaos within its range.

    The Mali'Dak Isles

The Mali'Dak Isles are pure evil. One of the reasons why the Gap of Thalmoris was unaccessible via land, the Mali'Dak Isles are a cursed land with cursed monstrosities.
