Meadowwaters
Description
Village nearby the Froglands within the Kingdom of Kathaar. Populated mostly by halflings, the population is somewhere in the ballpark of 300 people. As you walk into the humble, murky village of Meadowwaters on corduroy roads, a sort of walkway made from wooden planks elevated above the swamp to allow passage of people across but also water between, the first thing that catches your attention is the stench of murky swamplands. It smells of decomposing substances around this village, and you wonder why you decided to come here in the first place. Was the thrill of adventure worth this? Continuing on the corduroy roads, the road opens up and divides left and right, with both paths creating a large circle, with about 9-10 buildings, simply designed on hard rock foundations and made from wood cut from local trees on the outside ring of the circle. Some of these buildings have nice decor on the outside, and one of these buildings catches your particular attention because it almost appears to sparkle as you take each step. In the middle of the murky town is an open area of murky, sludgy water with an ancient, large, deformed, and dead tree sits, as if it continues to suck up the murk surrounding it.Main Export
