Runic

Runic is a written language from the distant past of Borea. Many Frostkin still use it, as do some of the rarer races on the planet, but it's gone nearly extinct. Only the written portion of the language remains and nobody is completely sure if it had a spoken form or if it was a written language for a different spoken dialect or something similar.
