Hotok

Hotok is the militaristic leader of the Locathahs of Nu. He serves as the leader of the army and of the governmental body of the Locathahs and rules with strength and grit. He's known for being incredibly direct and to the point in his speeches and powerful on the battle field, well versed in a variety of weapons and leading often from the front line. He's been a strong symbol in The Endless War Over Nothing for almost 45 years.
